Manufacturing
Our manufacturing capacities range from as little as 30 gallons to 6000 gallons per shift. The Filling department is equipped with semiautomatic and fully automatic rotary filling machines. This gives us the capability to fill any size order, from 3000 to 250,000 pieces. We can fill bottles, jars, tubes, gallon containers, pails, drums and bulk totes. All Purchase Orders received are immediately entered and tracked through our state-of-the art computer system, allowing us to inform you immediately of your order status and process your order as quickly as possible.

Custom Fomulation
Spa de Soleil offers custom formulating tailored exactly to the needs of our customers. Because of our ongoing research and development, we offer you the opportunity to formulate new products, improve and reformulate existing products, or competitive products -- at prices that you can easily afford. Perhaps you would just like to change the color or fragrance of an existing product (with the same percentage as the original formula). We would be delighted to do it for you at no charge whatsoever. Our minimum quantities make it simple for you to order. Creams, Masks and Special Products can be ordered in quantities as small as 30 gallons per product. Cleansers, Toners and Lotions require a minimum order of only 50 gallons per product.Custom Packaging
Spa de Soleil offers a wide variety of custom packaging for your special products. You can choose from our wide selection of "in-house" inventory at a low minimum quantity. Or you can choose from an extensive assortment of special order packaging. To give you an idea of what you can choose from, we offer a range of jars, bottles, tubes, closures, sprays pumps, vials in -- various types of glass and plastics -- in a host of shapes and sizes and colors. Ask about lead time and minimum quantities, which vary according to your selection. Also, ask about custom molding to determine special requirements and fees. Choosing the right packaging is critical to the perception of: your product. But selecting the right graphic designs and decoration can make an even bigger difference to your image. Not only your products, but also your company image can be enhanced by high quality decorating, which is why we only use silk screening. Besides both black and white, we offer you a wonderful array of colors. Because of our extensive affiliations, you can have your vision fulfilled for a minimum quantity of only 3,000 pieces per product size per color. Or, if necessary, you can order fewer than 3,000 pieces with the addition of a reasonable setup charge. It you desire hot stamping -- gold foil or silver foil -- the minimum quantity is 5,000 to 10,000 pieces per item per size.

Small Runs
For your convenience we have created state of the art, intensive, and high performance skin and body product lines containing the best of nature's ingredients and scientific technology. For your back bar or for your retail sales, all are packaged in contemporary and elegant jars and bottles, allowing you to apply your own labels or stickers to promote your name or brand. Image is crucial to sales and our Graphic Design Department offers you the most creative, professional and affordable way to design your own image. Let us work with you to create a logo, or let us take your logo and artfully work it into an attractive and appealing design. Let the label or silk screening reflect what you are striving for. Or choose from packaging that we have already created and then add your own personal touches to it.

Education
Spa de Soleil is delighted to offer you Advanced Treatment & Product Knowledge Classes. These classes are designed to provide you with every detail necessary to run your business professionally, successfully and efficiently. All classes are CERTIFIED! And any backup consulting needed after classes will be provided at NO CHARGE! All classes are held at our facility. To have a class at your business we require a participation of 10 technicians or more.
